★★★★★My wedding dress alteration experience with Olena was wonderful! She works out of her home and she was always ready for our appointments. I was lucky in that my dress fit pretty well when it came in, but I needed it hemmed and was originally planning on having it taken in just a half inch or so around the bust. Olena so kindly recommended a bra that would fill out the space instead of taking it in, saving me hundreds of dollars. Regarding some of the other reviews, I was not offered a discount or financial incentive to post this review. I highly recommend Olena -- she is efficient and her expertise was greatly appreciated!

Olena also bustled my extremely long train and taught me how to correctly do top support for underneath (a feat in itself for this dress). Highly recommend Olena for alterations-she’s the best in GR!

Regarding other reviews that note her demeanor, I found her to be straightforward, but far from rude. She communicated clearly throughout the entire process, she was pleasant and always on time.

She also gave me helpful advice on what to look for in a bra to wear with the dress, which made a huge difference in the final fit and comfort. As someone who doesn’t know much about formal wear or alterations, her expertise was incredibly valuable.
Highly recommend for bridal or formalwear alterations if you live in West Michigan!
